◆Introduction to machine tools
The machine tool is a high-precision manual tool release vertical broaching machine, the machine tool is composed of four major pieces of the bed, bed platform, and base main slider, the length of the main skateboard is about 1.3 meters, fixed by 10 sets of sliders, with high precision stability, suitable for the processing of spline parts below 40 diameter. It can be selected from single station or double station.

★ Fully automatic centralized lubrication system, each lubrication point can automatically supply oil without manual intervention;
★ Equipped with large envelope waterproof sheet metal to prevent cutting fluid and iron filings from polluting the environment;
★ It has the functions of jogging, segmentation and automatic return;
★ The low-noise and high-pressure vane pump is adopted, and the machine tool has low noise and low heat.
★ Equipped with a convenient automatic collet, it can not only automatically clamp and release the broach, but also quickly replace the corresponding collet specification when changing the broach specification, without the need for overall disassembly, improving efficiency;
