Spline Broches Tool
Spline broaches are internal machining tools made of high-speed steel or cemented carbide, typically with a hard coating for enhanced wear resistance. These tools produce involute, triangular, or rectangular splines through a layer-by-layer cutting process. They are widely used in automotive transmissions, aerospace components, and other fields, offering high machining precision (up to IT7) and low surface roughness (Ra 0.4μm).
