Broach tools
Broach tools is a forming tool used for broaching. The tool surface features multiple rows of teeth, each row increasing in size and shape from the entry point to the exit point. As the broach moves, each tooth removes a defined thickness of metal from the workpiece, ultimately achieving the desired size and shape. Broaches are commonly used in batch and mass production to produce round holes, spline holes, keyways, flat surfaces, and formed surfaces, offering high productivity.
