1. Anti wear Hydraulic Oil ISO VG46 (LHM46)

Application：Hydraulic system of broaching machine, for hydraulic cylinder and main pulling force circuit. Not for guideway lubrication or cutting cooling.

2. Machine Tool Guideway Oil ISO VG68 (LG68)

Application：Lubrication for castiron slideway & chromeplated guide column. Formulated with antistickslip / anticrawling additive. Cannot be replaced by ordinary hydraulic oil.

3. Extreme Pressure Semi Synthetic Micro emulsion Cutting Fluid

Application：Machining cooling & lubrication for 45# steel internal broaching. Working concentration: 9-13%. Do NOT use 3-5% low concentration. 

On-site Operation Key Points

1. VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil: Only for hydraulic tank. Keep away from guideway system and cutting cooling circuit.
2. VG68 guideway oil: Only for slideway & chrome-plated guide column lubrication. Never use for broaching cooling.
3. EP micro-emulsion cutting fluid: Use independent cooling tank. Monitor concentration with refractometer regularly. Remove metal chips frequently. Check pH value to avoid bad odor and workpiece rusting.
4. Do not mix different brands of fluids. Fully drain old fluid and clean tank sediment during oil change.

1. Hydraulic oil: Castrol Hyspin AWS46 / FUCHS Renolin B46
2. Guideway oil: FUCHS Renoslide 68 / Mobil Vactra No.2
3. Cutting fluid: Castrol Syntilo 9954 (preferred)
