Y3150E Y3180H ordinary gear hobbing machine uses gear hob to roll and cut cylindrical spur gears, helical gears and splines by rolling method. It is suitable for single-piece, small-batch or batch production gear processing. The main electrical and hydraulic components are made of well-known domestic manufacturers. The main key castings such as beds and columns are made of double-walled and high-ribbed plates, which have a compact structure, strong dynamic and static rigidity and high precision. The machine tool adopts a semi-sealed protective cover in the working area, which does not leak oil, eliminates the pollution of the production environment caused by seepage and oil leakage during gear hobbing, and some special functional parts can be selected according to the user’s requirements.
The machine tool has strong rigidity, stable working accuracy and easy operation. The machine can work in either forward or backmilling. The machine tool is equipped with automatic stop mechanism, safety device and automatic lubrication system, according to the standard of “Gear Hobbing Machine Accuracy Inspection” GB/T8064-1998. According to the large or small modulus of the processing gear, it can be fed once or multiple times, and its finishing accuracy can reach the 7th level accuracy of GB/T10095-2001 “Involute Cylindrical Gear Accuracy”.
