Bevel gear machine

Bevel gear machines are used to produce straight bevel gears and are suitable for general machinery manufacturing. They are four-axis CNC machines: cradle rotation (X-axis), workpiece rotation (Y-axis), saddle feed (Z-axis), and reciprocating planer (S-axis). The machine utilizes the principle of rolling, where the gear being machined and an imaginary gear (formed by the reciprocating motion of the planer) repeatedly roll relative to each other.
